Project title

"Test and Treat"
Duration 10 May 2011 - 20 August 2011
Project objectives
  1. Increase awareness about availability of cART and benefits of cART for PLWHA IDUs and analyze lost-to-follow up reasons;
  2. Link newly identified HIV+ clients with infectious disease physicians and provide counselling on cART and adherence to avoid lost of follow up;
  3. To create the flexible model of cooperation between NGOs, medical institutions, government, peer consultants and PLWH.
