Résumé des faits

On 2 November 2008, the victim was working at the brothel called “Tentaciones” when the defendant entered the premises, accompanied by a friend, and without saying a word punched the victim's face and leg, insulted her, and took her into one of the rooms of the establishment.

In the room the defendant yelled at her, ordering her to take some clothes because he was going to take her from that place. At this moment, he threw her on the floor and threated to kill her in case of a refusal.

Fearing him, the victim accepted and left the brothel with the defendant.

E.O.B. warned the victim that if the police stopped them, she should say that she was his wife otherwise he would kill her.

At the victim’s testimony, she asserted that in the past, she and the defendant had a relationship which lasted one year, and during this time he obliged her to prostitute herself.
