Résumé des faits

Sandara had been convicted in the past for pimping minor students when he was still a minor himself (17).  While still under the Rehabilitation Program (by virtue of his minority when an earlier case of pimping minors was filed), he was arrested during the entrapment operation in the Paradise Inn hotel in September 2007 for pimping again.

Three minors testified that they were brought to the Paradise Inn by the accused without them knowing the real motive of the accused.
