  • Broadly we need- a clear regulations of labour and broker
  •  
  • No recruitment fee should be paid by the worker
  •  
  • Employers who require labour should meet the cost of travel etc.
  •  
  • All labour should have direct contract with the employer
  •  
  • Information about workers rights should be informed
  •  
  • Every worker should have the right to join labour union to access their rights
  •  
  • Govt should first of all enact and force effective labour legislation. Some countries have and need better legislation and few counties are implementing
  •  
  • They need to maintain clear records of migrant labour both internally and externally
  • The embassies should have dedicated migrants advisories in relevant countries
Brand and retailers
  • They need to maintain full records of supplier, home workers. For maintenance of quality and social
  •  
  • The brand and retailers should insist that supply chain employ direct labour and forbid the us of contract labour and ho may have been charge fee
  •  
  • Conduct regular accommodation check
  •  
  • Need to give reasonability back to the suppliers for the work condition environment
  •  
  • Need to work closely with govt to ensure compliance
  •
