UNODC Staffer Receives Award from President of India
Dr. Joyce Zinyu Angami , North East Project officer, UNODC Project Office, Shillong, received the Silver Star Award from President of India

Dr. Joyce Zinyu Angami , North East Project officer, UNODC Project Office, Shillong, received the Silver Star Award from His Excellency President of India, for contributions made towards the youth movement of Scouts and Guides in Nagaland and the NE region.
This took place at Ashoka Hall, Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi. The Rashtrapati Award of 2007 was held on the centenary of the world wide youth movement of Scouting. The award was in recognition of her selfless services and assistance offered for the promotion of Bharat Scouts and Guides. Dr. Angami served as the Project Director for the Regional Resource and Training Centre NE 2, Kripa Foundation, Nagaland. Kripa Foundation, Nagaland is a Drug Rehabilitation Centre.
Since January 2006, Dr. Angami has been working with UNODC Shillong as the North East Project Officer for the Projects I49 and G86.
