Overall Objective In the context of implementing the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy, the sub prgramme aims to contribute to global security through supporting regional and national capacity in Southeast Asia to: (a) counter terrorism while fully respecting human rights; and (b) undertake related regional cooperation.
