Project Description
The project aims to develop local (municipal) capacities to reduce the risk of substance abuse and other related risk behaviors (delincuency, violence and HIV/AIDS) amongst children and young people through the training of municipal authorities, practitioners and other related local actors to incorporate family skills approaches, result based management, monitoring and evaluation into municipal prevention activities across the State of Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
