Project Description
The present Program is an inter-agency project that will contribute to the poverty reduction and the inequality through total equitable and universal exercise of the social and cultural rights, as well as to guarantee the equitable and non-discriminatory access to justice, to fortify the Rule of Law and the citizen security, to consolidate the Democracy for the effective observance of rights through effective participation of society and institutions so that they would be able to respond to the political, social, and cultural plurality of the country, through 4 concrete results: (1) criminal justice access for displaced people, (2) reduction of the confliction through peace building, (3) improvement of housing and income of displaced people. Moreover, this project document therefore complements the submission within UNODC format of MDG Project Document. Due that the project is and inter-agency programme, only the project summary can be found in the UNODC formats. The project document has been signed by the country and agencies authorities in the MDG-F format, and according to the Guidelines and Regulations of the Funds, no other project document can be signed for the same purposes. Also, according to the MDG-F operational guideline note, the PSC is regulated to a 7%.
