The report was presented by Mr. Faisal Hegazy, Programme Officer at UNODC Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa, and Mr. Amr Othman, Director of the Fund for the Prevention and Treatment of Addiction, who gave insight into the importance of the report as a tool in the face of drug issues in the international community and within the region.
