Sentencing For Drug And Drug-Related Offences In OECS Magistrates’ Courts

The report covers sentencing practices for a range of drug-related offences in six Member States and three Associate Member States of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS).  Particular attention is paid to whether additional guidelines would assist consistency in sentencing.

This year’s Report aims to provide the most comprehensive overview of the international drug problem to date.  It consists of two volumes: the first covers information and in-depth analyses on market trends while the second compiles detailed statistics on the trade of specific drugs.

2004 Cannabis Survey Report For Morocco (Full version in French and Executive Summary in English)

A first survey of cannabis cultivation in Morocco was carried out by the government of Morocco and UNODC’s Illicit Crop Monitoring Programme in 2003.  This second edition provides additional data and sheds new light on the incentives for cannabis cultivation, highlighting means of countering them

2004 Andean Coca Surveys

These joint annual surveys are the result of the implementation of UNODC’s Illicit Crop Monitoring Programme in Bolivia, Colombia and Peru since 1998.  The national reports include information on coca cultivation and eradication, and analysis on poverty and displacement.
