||Our mission is to bring together and to bring into the fold Canadian organizations and individuals who believe in and support the core values of prevention, education and treatment with respect to the use and abuse of substances. DPNC is a member of the International Task Force on Strategic Drug Policy, DPNC has formed a partnership with the Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse (CCSA) and the Alberta Alcohol and Drug Abuse Commission (AADC) to develop a National policy on drug prevention in Canada. CCSA is Canada’s national addictions agency and is supported by Health Canada and established by an Act of Parliament in 1988.|
