Short description:
The Timor Leste Institute for Research, Advocacy and Campaigns (Luta Hamutuk) is a non-governmental organization established by several Timorese activists. These activists are committed to carrying out activities and programs related to the National Budget, which can contribute to social and psychological development in Timor Leste. Luta Hamutuk researchers have the basic knowledge, experience and analytical skills to implement activities relating to the National Budget and the Timor Sea issue (oil and gas revenue). The researches of Luta Hamutuk, along with other civil society organizations in Timor Leste, have implemented many activities from the village to the national level.
