Short description:
Lighthouse is committed to fighting for a society without human trafficking. Lighthouse hopes to be the beacon of hope for victims of human trafficking and be their voice. This NGO focuses on the following three approaches: provide consultation services for victims via toll-free multilingual hotline and email, educate and train law enforcement and government officials to identify human trafficking victims and investigate cases, and lobby the government to pass an anti-trafficking law. Over 3,000 people have reached out to us for assistance and they have provided direct support to 160 people in the past 10 years. They have also provided seminars and trainings to 2,300 people.
