Administration and coordination of a series of processes focusing on people’s empowerment while enhancing their autonomy. These processes are to be implemented efficiently, ethically and with proven levels of quality and sustainability.
Currently, Asociacion Bienestar y Desarrollo (ABD) is a NGO declared of public utility. Their activity focuses on prevention, treatment, insertion, mediation and research about AIDS, drugs addiction, domestic violence, family and childhood who suffer from risky situations, lack of health care attention, injustice.
In 2014, ABD has assisted 115.00 people directly and made 520.000 contacts in prevention programs. Furthermore, ABD has worked with 10.520 students in workshops on drug prevention activities and on gender equality for young people. In addition, ABD has managed 72 different programs. To achieve all these objectives, the NGO works with 2.600 professionals and 440 voluntaries.
