protection to those displaced by war and internal conflicts
The Latin American Human Rights Association, ALDHU, proposes and propels legal actions instead of conflicts, in the attempts against human rights of the people and citizens or attempts that implicate environmental destruction. Through the utilization of national and international legislations, ALDHU brings the accusations of the tribunals to justice, in the countries where human rights violations are committed as much as in the countries of the companies or responsible persons that do the violations.
In the framework of the permanent struggle against impunity, ALDHU, protects the international legal claims in cases that, for various reasons, can not be defended in the countries where the crimes are committed, establishing penal demands as much as civil demands before international courts by acknowledged legal firms and groups of qualified lawyers that go through the cases in the name of groups, persons or harmed nations, in addition to the investigations and adequate follow up to guarantee the correct defense for the crime victims in Latin America.
