UNODC's CP is focused on three interdependent areas of work: illicit trafficking and border management, criminal justice, and drug demand reduction and HIV/AIDS. Through the programme development process these three 'sub-programmes' emerged, profiling the expected 'outcomes' that UNODC will contribute to, as well as the type of 'outputs' that UNODC will help to deliver in partnership with the GOP and other stakeholders. |
