Bangkok (Thailand), 1 October 2012 - Pol. Gen. Adul Sangsingkeo, Secretary-General, Office of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB) begins his new duties as National Police Chief of the Royal Thai Police on 1 October 2012.
Mr. Gary Lewis, Regional Representative, UNODC East Asia and the Pacific, visited Pol. Gen. Adul on 28 September at his ONCB offices to congratulate him on his promotion and to express UNODC's appreciation of his work on drug control and justice.
During the meeting, Mr. Lewis presented Pol. Gen Adul with a commemorative plaque which states, "Presented to Police General Adul Sangsingkeo for partnering with UN Office on Drugs and Crime to promote drug control and justice in South East Asia".
