Invitation to bid: special vehicle - mobile clinic

UNODC Project Office for the Baltic States invites to submit bids for procurement of a special vehicle - mobile clinic for the project "HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care among Injecting Drug users and in Prison Settings in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania". Bids prepared according to the required technical specifications and instructions indicated in the invitation to bid should be submitted to UNODC not later than 15 May, 2009, 17.00h (GMT + 02:00).

 

Vacancy of Consultant for Training Seminar

 

UNODC Project Office for the Baltic States is seeking for a short-term consultant on adaptation of manual on risk reduction for drug users in prisons. Consultant on Education in Prisons in Latvia

 

UNODC Project Office for the Baltic States is seeking for a consultant (individual consultant or company) for development and implementation of drug and HIV education programmes in prisons in Latvia. The assignment takes places within the project XEEJ20 - HIV prevention, treatment and care among injecting drug users and in prison settings in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Vacancy of Consultant for Grants Programme in Lithuania Evaluation

 

UNODC Project Office for the Baltic States is seeking for a Consultant to conduct evaluation of UNODC grants programme in Lithuania and to advise UNODC on improvement of the grants programme for 2008/2009. The evaluation should take place in October, 2008. Skelbimas dėl mokymo programos socialiniams darbuotojams parengimo

 

Jungtinių Tautų Narkotikų ir nusikalstamumo biuras (UNODC) Baltijos šalims ieško eksperto arba organizacijos mokymo programai ŽIV prevencija tarp švirkščiamųjų narkotikų vartotojų, skirtai socialiniams darbuotojams, kurie neturėjo darbo patirties su asmenimis, priklausomais nuo psichotropinių medžiagų vartojimo, parengti. Mokymo programos tikslas - socialinių darbuotojų žinių ŽIV/AIDS, Hepatitų B ir C, infekcinių ligų ir perdozavimo srityse didinimas ir jų gebėjimų lavinimas, užmegzant kontaktus su asmenimis, priklausomais nuo psichotropinių medžiagų, konsultuojant juos ir mažinant jų rizikingą elgesį bei nukreipiant juos į sveikatos priežiūros įstaigas.

Kvalifikaciniai reikalavimai:

  1. Magistro laipsnis arba Phd filosofijos daktaro laipsnis socialinių mokslų, socialinės medicinos srityse ar kitose srityse, susijusiose su ŽIV/AIDS.
  2. Mažiausiai 5 m. patirtis rengiant and pristatant mokymo programas socialiniams darbuotojams.
  3. Stiprūs analitiniai ir pranešimų rengimo gebėjimai.
  4. Straipsnių publikavimas nacionaliniuose ir tarptautiniuose moksliniuose leidiniuose.
