Meeting of Heads of National Drug Law Enforcement Agencies (HONLEA), Africa

The meetings of HONLEA Africa take place annually. Membership is open to any State that is a member of the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA).  Other United Nations Members States may be invited as observers at their request. HONLEA Africa was established by ECOSOC resolution 1985/11.
