&lt;em&gt;ou paco&lt;/em&gt; comme on l&#039;appelle en Amérique du Sud - depuis son apparition il y a plus de quarante ans. L&#039;abus de PBC cause une dépendance grave et est devenu un problème croissant au Pérou et dans de nombreux pays sud-américains.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;em&gt;pasta basica de cocaína&lt;/em&gt; - cocaine paste, PBC, 
&lt;em&gt;pasta&lt;/em&gt;, 
&lt;em&gt;basuco&lt;/em&gt;, 
&lt;em&gt;pitillo&lt;/em&gt; or 
&lt;em&gt;paco&lt;/em&gt; as it is commonly known in parts of South America -since its appearance more than four decades ago. The abuse of PBC leads to serious dependence, and has become a growing problem in Peru and many South American countries.&lt;/p&gt;

Elle a été conduite par le Président de l&#039;Assemblée Générale Vuk Jeremić, en présence du Secrétaire général, Ban Ki-moon. 85 États ont assisté à la réunion, ainsi que Mira Sorvino, Ambassadrice de bonne volonté de l&#039;ONUDC pour la lutte contre la traite des personnes, et de nombreux représentants de la société civile.&lt;/p&gt;

La chanteuse Ivete Sangalo a été, à cette occasion, désignée comme ambassadrice de bonne volonté et représentante de la campagne. Des millions de personnes sont victimes de la traite des êtres humains à travers le monde. La campagne vise à mobiliser la société brésilienne contre ce crime.&lt;/p&gt;
