The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime invites legal clinics working in the Arab Region to apply for small grants through this current Call for Proposals.
The call is open from Monday, 1 June 2015 until Thursday, 2 July 2015, 23.59 Gulf Time Zone.
Project activities eligible for funding include:
1. Legal support to trafficked persons
2. Linkages between legal support services and direct victim assistance
3. Research
4. Cooperation among legal clinics
5. Awareness raising
Through the Call for Proposals, a total amount of US $150,000 will be disbursed to Legal Clinics in the Arab Region. The grant amounts will vary between US $5,000 - US $30,000.
Before applying, carefully read the application guidelines linked below, which provide important information on eligibility criteria and application procedures. To apply, eligible entities should submit full project proposals (duly completed application form and annexes) to: arablegalclinics@unodc.org. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
A group of evaluators will review and rank all proposals received. Organizations selected for funding will be notified and the selected projects will be published on the UNODC website.
