Latin America and the Caribbean

Crime prevention and criminal justice, ending violence against women and girls, and addressing the World Drug Problem are key priorities of the ongoing EU-UNODC project portfolio in Latin America and the Caribbean. Many countries from the region are also key partners in EU-UNODC trans-regional programmes with Africa to address illicit flows and border management.
The Strategic Vision for Latin America and the Caribbean for 2022-2025 provides a roadmap for UNODC’s partnership with the region in strengthening concerted efforts to prevent and tackle organized crime, drugs, and corruption.
