We thank you for your interest in working for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.

Both paid employment opportunities and internships with the UNODC New York Liaison Office are posted on the UN Careers Portal as vacancies arise.

The UNODC New York Liaison Office periodically accepts interns. We look for qualified interns with excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and solid advocacy and IT skills, including advocacy and social media. Please note that these internships are unfunded.

Due to the high volume of applications, we cannot respond to your application individually and only candidates short-listed through the UN official application process Inspira (https://inspira.un.org) will be contacted. UNODC cannot accept spontaneous applications or resumes.

United Nations recruitment examinations, including the annual examinations for the Young Professionals Programme and the Competitive Examinations for Language Professionals, are centrally administered by the Office for Human Resources Management at UNHQ.
