||ALCS'main objectives are the prevention of HIV / AIDS, access to treatment, care and advocacy for people living with HIV, in strict compliance human rights and ethical principles of neutrality and confidentiality.
With support from various partners, manages the ALCS to provide material assistance and psychological support for patients and to place social workers available to people living with HIV.
More innovative still, the 1995 ALCS installs prevention programs among vulnerable groups that are the sex workers and men who have sex with men. Today's prevention programs are developed in factories and even prisons.
With the opening in 1992 of the first information center and diagnostic anonymous and free (CIDAG), whose number is increased to 19 today, shares of the ALCS have not ceased to evolve, until the introduction of three buses converted into mobile diagnostic centers anonymous and free, including one funded with support from the Conseil Regional d'Ile-de-France.
