The main objectives are to stimulate and develop co-operation between drug helplines; to facilitate
exchange of experience, the definition of methodological guidelines and the search for solutions to common problems; to promote best practice in the service offered to the public on drug questions; to offer training and exchange sessions to workers in drug helplines.
