Short description:
Inpud is a global network uniting activists who use drugs worldwide. Inpud wishes to empower and raise awareness of the rights of drug users.

In April 2006, the International User Activists organised the first International Congress Of People Who Use Drugs in Vancouver, Canada. The participants formed a declaration of people who use drugs.

In Asia:
Through INPUD-Asia, drug user communities are able to get advocacy support and strengthen their self-representation skills.
