||Flare is an international network, founded in June 2008, including 55 organizations from all over Europe, the Caucasus, the Russian Federation and the Mediterranean. The building process of the network took place along ten months from September 2007 to June 2008, when the network has been officially established.
The main objective of FLARE Network is to monitor and carry out reports and projects based on the promotion of legality and social justice, by undertaking actions aimed at socially contrasting the illegality and crime phenomenon. Doing that, FLARE will strive to be a youth international movement against illegality and international violations of fundamental freedoms and rights. FLARE proposes the creation of international observatories working at international level.
The Board of Directors is composed of 7 members coming from different Countries, who gather on a regular basis in order to build the agenda and coordinate the member organizations. The target groups are generally youth organizations working upon the themes of legality, human trafficking, environmental preservation, social rights.
