Short description:
To establish the rights of the disadvantaged people’s, empower society and establish a democratic, justice, equitable and skilled human resources Bangladesh.

To increase the capabilities by providing need based services and supports like nutrition, health, sanitation, education, savings & credit, social security, and technology. etc

To enhance the quality of life of the community people as a whole.

• To ensure the rights of the marginalized people, underprivileged women and disadvantaged children in the family, community and society.
• Enhance the socio-economic condition of disadvantaged and underprivileged people through capacity building and ensuring provisions of basic needs of life like employment, income, health, education etc.
• Assist to develop skilled and technology adopted human resources for the nation.

Working Strategy:
The main strategy of PRANTIK in implementing the activities is to assist program participants. Some working strategies of PRANTIK are mentioned below:
• Group Approach :
PRANTIK implements its all program by organizing the participants in the group. To develop the capacity of the group members as they can decide what kind of approach and assistance they need? PRANTIK assists them in taking proper decision. PRANTIK provides with technical and other necessary supports to the group members.
• Bottom up Approach :
PRANTIK follows bottom-up and participatory development approach in its working strategy. With this end in view, PRANTIK first starts mobilizing and organizing participants through awareness building.
