Short description:
Our mission is to empower the people of the continent of Africa through education. We utilise research as a tool for proper assessment of advocacy entry points. We offer training at the micro level, improving lives; facilitating right choices and overall, driving behavioural change through transformational leadership approaches.
We subscribe to sustainable development approach and work basically to motivate and influence community driven change. We also believe in networking and utilising the opportunity of a globalised world to expose the issues challenging development in the continent to the global community.
We are involved in shaping policy as we actively lobby for good governance policies both before the Nigerian parliament and issues pertaining to West African Countries and other parts of Africa. We are also involved in advocacy for Governments to domesticate international instruments that will ensure adherence to gender equity, fight corruption and reduce disease burden in Africa as well as poverty. We have found over the years that Development issues are cross cutting and have steadily become more deeply involved in more thematic areas as we encountered need to face challenges. We are Entrepreneurial development trainers and offer business development and support services in order to drive the micro economy.
