Short description:
The Immigrant Council of Ireland (ICI) is a national, independent non-governmental organisation that advocates for immigrants and their families, and acts as a catalyst for public debate and policy change. The ICI is also a law centre licensed in Ireland.

The ICI believes that immigration is a permanent and positive reality in Ireland and lobbies for integrated, transparent, rights-based immigration and integration legislation and policies which reflect this reality. The ICI promotes the rights of migrants through information, legal advice and representation, advocacy, lobbying, research and training work.
