Short description:
APNAC Zambia is a network of parliamentarians working together to strengthen the capacity of parliament and parliamentarians to fight corruption and promote good governance. APNAC Zambia has four strategic core programmes that include leadership training and advocacy and networking. Under these programmes, APNAC Zambia has actively participated in activities relevant to UNCAC and these include: participating in the third UNCAC session in Doha in November 2009, participating in the U4 in-country workshop held in May in Zambia on the Review Mechanism of the UNCAC Implementation in Zambia, participating in the country review and hosting the UNCAC Review Team on 20th July 2011, and annual participation in the International Anti-Corruption Day.
