||The mission of the organization is to advance civil society, promote mediation, conflict management and culture of change, and to encourage citizens’ participation in Jordan’s social and political development
Vision: Prosperity can be achieved through responsible participative citizenship.
The objectives of the organization are to:
-Provide capacity building and facilitate multi sartorial initiatives to promote the advancement of civil society organizations in Jordan;
-Promote mediation as a profession in Jordan;
-Provide conflict and change management training and services;
-Promote good governance, and organizational management;
-Promote citizen’s participation in Jordan’s social and political development.
Their programs aim to:
-Promote the enhancement of the environment where NGOs operates, through creating a platform for partnership between government and civil society organizations;
-Provide technical assistances and trainings (including conflict and change management) for civil society organizations;
-Provide publications that can be of help to civil society organizations;
-Conduct other needs assignments;
-Offer training to certify official mediators;
-Provide mediation services;
-Organize TOT and trainings in conflict and change management;
-Conduct training and awareness sessions on good governance;
-Conduct awareness campaigns to promote youth’s participation in politics;
-Develop curriculum to educate youth’s on the importance of political participation.
