||The International Forum on Crime and Criminal Law in the Global Era, an international academic and research institution, is the initiative of scholars from 8 states: China, America, France, German, Italy, Japan, Russia and Spain on October 24, 2009. The NGO drafted and signed the International Forum on Crime and Criminal Law in the Global Era Resolution where ideals and proposals were made clear, and these states are called signatory States.
After three years reform and development, the Forum has so far become an international academic institution including 17 director-generals and vice director-generals, 26 people in Advisory Board, 17standing directors and an expert database consisting of more than 100 outstanding experts (including directors). Moreover, these organizations and their members continue to be supplemented and adjusted to ensure their constant development and improvement.
