Short description:
ENCATIP is coalition of six NGOs working in the Nigerian state of Edo to prevent trafficking in persons from Nigeria to European countries through awareness raising, rescue, and rehabilitation of trafficked victims/returnees. In addition, the coalition works to empower women and youth. It consists of representatives of the Committee for Support of the Dignity of Women (COSUDOW), International Reproductive Rights Research Action Group (IRRRAG), National Council of Women Societies (NCWS), Girls Power Initiative (GPI), African Women Empowerment Guild (AWEG) and Idia Renaissance.
