Cybercrime and digital forensics course delivered in Costa Rica
San Jose, January 23, 2020. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime for Central America and the Caribbean (UNODC ROPAN) held a course on basic aspects of cybercrime addressed to investigators and prosecutors; and another on practical aspects of digital forensic analysis with the participation of digital forensic analysts and prosecutors from the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Judicial Investigation Agency of Costa Rica.
This training, which aims to enable participants to understand the relevance of digital evidence in investigations, among other things, was held in coordination with the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (ICMEC).
Once the training is completed, the participant will be able to use the solutions for digital forensic analysis more efficiently.
