Methodological program for criminal investigation in Panama
Panama, January 20, 2021. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime for Central America and the Caribbean (UNODC ROPAN) through the program "Strengthening the capacities of Panama's security agencies in the fight against organized crime, drug trafficking and terrorism" offered training on the methodological program of criminal investigation.
Twelve intelligence units of the National Border Service that perform the function of judicial investigation assistants in border jurisdictions strengthened their capacities in the management and application of the principles of the Accusatory Criminal System, respect for due process and human rights.
