UNODC Starts the First Legislative Drafting Workshop Addressed to Institutions from the Public and Private Sector
The training included presentations by Mr. Gustavo Adolfo Campos, coordinator of collaborators of the Supreme Court and Mr. Leonardo Ramirez Murcia, Magistrate of the Supreme Court.
The experts explained the crisis of the concept of law, the role of the legislature in fundamental human rights, the reserved matters, regulatory powers, structure of criminal laws, supplementary codes and everything regarding domestic legislative technique in its various provisions.
The training was developed on Thursday June 30 th and July 1 st and was addressed to representatives of public and private institutions.
The knowledge acquired by the participants were much enrichment because key questions for the proper functioning of the legislative drafting cleared out.
