UNODC has also published the Gap Assessment Tool (doc): " Guiding questions: opening the discussion about services for drug demand reduction as it relates to children and adolescents", a tool designed to be completed by national, regional or community authorities which will provide a more robust and informed strategic planning process to meet the needs of children and adolescents.
