Chair Ambassador Mirghani Abbaker Altayeb Bakhet

Mirghani Abbaker Altayeb Bakhet (born 27 July 1957) serves since November 2018 as Ambassador of the Republic of the Sudan to Austria and Permanent Representative to the International Organizations in Vienna. Ambassador Mirghani Abbaker Altayeb Bakhet speaks Arabic and English. He is married and has five children.

EDUCATION

Ambassador Mirghani Bakhet holds a BSc degree from the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Khartoum (November 1985) and a master's degree in Political Science from Middle East University, Amman, Jordan (June 2008). He also holds a Certificate in International Relations obtained from Cligendale Institute, the Hague, the Netherlands (May 2004).

Alena Kupchyna (born 14 August 1965) serves since December 2016 as Ambassador of Belarus to Austria and Croatia, and as Permanent Representative to the International Organizations in Vienna and to the OSCE. Ambassador Alena Kupchyna speaks English and French. She has one son.

Ambassador Alena Kupchyna holds several degrees: a degree from the Faculty of Law at the Belarusian State University (1987), a post-graduate degree in Philosophy and Law from the Belarusian Academy of Sciences (1990) as well as a doctorate degree in Law (1991).
