Participants are kindly asked to consult the COVID-19 related guidance by the host country.
Given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, participants must adhere to the host country’s entry requirements, recommended preventative measures, and are expected to have adequate medical and travel insurance coverage. Meeting organizers will not bear any cost in relation to a participant testing positive to COVID-19 and to any quarantine measures applied by the relevant authorities to travelers coming to or retuning from the meeting venue.
