The UN Voluntary Trust Fund for Victims of Trafficking in Persons has launched the fourth Call for Proposals on 15.11.2019. This Call for Proposals invites applications under two sub-programmes:
- Sub-programme 1: Immediate and Essential Direct Assistance for Vulnerable Victims of Trafficking in Persons
- Sub-programme 2: Medium-Term Direct Assistance for Vulnerable Victims of Trafficking in Persons
Applicants may only apply for a grant under one sub-programme.
- Sub-programme 1 is open until 15 December 2019, 23:59, Central European Time.
- Sub-programme 2 is open until 20 January 2020, 23:59, Central European Time.

Application documents
Re quired application documents are as follows. All applications must be in English or French.
The following documents must be submitted as part of the application for the sub-programme 1
- Project proposal application form (templates in English and French);
- Project budget (templates in English and French);
- Registration certificate as evidence for legal credentials of the organization;
- Audited organizational financial statements for the last one fiscal years. In the absence of audited statements, other official documents, signed by an authorised representative and demonstrating annual income will be accepted;
- Proposals involving partner contributions must include evidence of secure funding
- Applications from previous UNVTF grantees must include a statement detailing:
- lessons learnt from previous UNVTF funded project(s);
- the difference between the proposed project and the previous project. At a minimum, it is expected that the proposal will include new activities, target group(s) and/or location(s)
- Certification (templates in English and French)
The following documents must be submitted as part of the application for the sub-programme 2
This sub-programme takes a phased-approach.
- Phase 1: applicants are to submit a concept note first.
- Phase 2: shortlisted applicants will be contacted by UNOV/UNODC with an invitation to submit a full project proposal
Phase 1: the following documents must be submitted as part of the concept note application no later than 20 January 2020, 23:59
- Concept note (templates in English and French);
