Résumé des faits

The police station received a report that a woman was heard screaming in a vehicle. After pursuing and stopping the vehicle, the victim was found with the defendants.

The victim stated that, after escaping from her sponsor in Muscat Governorate, she met Defendant 1 who asked her to work as a housemaid. Three months later, Defendant 1 took her under the pretext of improving her situation, and locked her in his bedroom for eight days. After, he handed her over to another individual who then handed her over to another individual in Dhank. The individual brought in men who engaged in sexual intercourse with her in exchange for a small sum of money. After, both defendants returned her to Muscat.

Both defendants have admitted to the charges made against them.
