This umbrella project is intended to support the operational costs for a Regional UNODC Office in Mexico as to facilitated and execute the National UNODC Integrated Programmes in Security and Justice for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean and therefore elaborate and implement resulting projects within the Thematic Area 1 as defined by the UNODC Strategy 2008-2011: Rule of Law.
