November 2018 – UNODC: Commission on Narcotic Drugs decision on international control of 4-fluoramphetamine (4-FA), AB-PINACA, AB-CHMINACA, 5F-PB-22, UR-144 and 5F-MDMB-PINACA (5F-ADB) enters into force

VIENNA, Austria – November 2018: The decision of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) during its 61st Session from 12 to 16 March 2018 to add 4-fluoramphetamine (4-FA), AB-PINACA, AB-CHMINACA, 5F-PB-22, UR-144 and 5F-MDMB-PINACA (5F-ADB) to Schedule II of the Convention on Psychotropic Substances of 1971 has entered into force on 11 November 2018.

Previously, on 15 May 2018, the decision adopted by the CND during its 61st Session to add Ocfentanil, Furanylfentanyl (Fu-F), Acryloylfentanyl (Acrylfentanyl), 4-fluoroisobutyrfentanyl (para-Fluoroisobutyrfentanyl, 4-FIBF, pFIBF) and Tetrahydrofuranylfentanyl (THF-F) to Schedule I, and Carfentanil to Schedule I and IV of the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of 1961 entered into force.
