BRUSSELS, Belgium – May 2018: On 14 May 2018, the European Union decided to place the two synthetic cannabinoids ADB-CHMINACA and CUMYL-4CNBINACA under control across the European Union. Following the publication of the decisions in the Official Journal of the European Union, Member States will have one year to include these substances to their list of substances under national control.
