On December 4, 2015, through the Decree No 831, the Government of Kyrgyzstan amended the list of controlled substances contained in the Decree on narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors subject to control in the Kyrgyz Republic, dated November 9, 2007 № 543 to include a number of new psychoactive substances. The decision entered into force upon expiration of ten days from the date of publication. Over 100 NPS were placed under control including substances such as CB-13; 2C-C-NBOMe; CP 47,497-C8; Pentedron; HU-210JWH-175 JWH-176; AMT; JWH-197; mephedrone; ​​ACBM-018; GDA-26; BZP-2201; CBL-018, etc.
