Combating global phenomena related to transnational organised crime requires cooperation at all levels. As guardian of crime prevention and criminal justice standards and norms, and a range of UN Conventions and legally binding instruments such as the UN Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC) and its related Protocols, and the UN Convention against Corruption (UNCAC), as well as the various international tools on drug control and counter-terrorism, UNODC has unique expertise on strengthening security, justice, good governance and the rule of law. Partners play a fundamental and decisive role in helping UNODC perform its mandate. Their long-standing and solid partnership is vital to ensure health, security and justice for all in the common future.
