Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Prevention

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the eleventh session of the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on the Prevention of Corruption will be held in a virtual format. Please note that the new dates of the meeting are 30 June to 1 July 2020. Documents for the session which were issued previously reflect the original scheduled dates of 9 to 10 June 2020. The change of dates will be reflected in the final report on the session (CAC/COSP/WG.4/2020/5). A revised information note for participants, containing, inter alia, details regarding the registration process and the technical parameters for the virtual session, will be made available on this website as soon as possible.

The Working Group had recommended at its second intersessional meeting that in advance of each future meeting of the Working Group, States parties should be invited to share their experiences of implementing the provisions under consideration, preferably by using the self-assessment checklist and including, where possible, successes, challenges, technical assistance needs, and lessons learned in implementation (CAC/COSP/WG.4/2011/4, paragraph 12).
