The United Nations Office for Drugs and Crimes has made public several documents regarding the Global Children Program, GLOK42, since its creation in 2011.

UNODC has also published the Gap Assessment Tool (doc): " Guiding questions: opening the discussion about services for drug demand reduction as it relates to children and adolescents", a tool designed to be completed by national, regional or community authorities which will provide a more robust and informed strategic planning process to meet the needs of children and adolescents.
