Ms. Morgane BERNARD-HAREL

Programme Officer Drug Demand Reduction and HIV/AIDS Prevention
 

Morgane studied Political Sciences in La Sorbonne in Paris and graduated with a master's degree in international Cooperation.

She has more than 10 years’ experience in Humanitarian project management in very different types of projects and contexts including 4 years in Harm Reduction field.

As Project Coordinator with the international NGO “Médecins Sans Frontières”, she served in Africa, Middle East, South Asia as well as in the Caribbean Region implementing various type of medical projects (Infectious diseases prevention and treatment - HIV/TB, Viral Hepatitis -, Primary health care, Sexual and reproductive health). Her last appointment was in Iran where she was running a Harm Reduction project in South Tehran from 2016 to 2018.

More recently, she has completed a 2-year mission with “Médecins du Monde” as deputy General Coordinator in charge of Harm Reduction projects in Myanmar providing technical support to our field teams.
